Energy Services

Smart For The Environment. Smart For Your Wallet

Solaris works hand-in-hand with many utility giants to implement both existing and new programs that identify energy-efficiency improvements.

Our services include:

Emerging Technology Studies

We help utilities and end-use customers in identifying and evaluating Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Emerging Technologies. We provide expert guidance on selecting the right solutions, considering factors such as performance, reliability, scalability, and return on investment.

EM&V
Our energy efficiency experts will assess your property and recommend tailored solutions to maximize energy savings.
Quality Assurance Reviews

As an Investor Confidence Project (ICP) Quality Assurance Assessors, we provide independent quality assurance reviews for Customized, Normalized Metered Energy Consumption, Strategic Energy management, and Deemed energy efficiency project applications to ensure that approved savings estimates are unbiased, accurate, verifiable, properly documented, and comply with the utilities and regulatory program policies and guidelines.
During site verifications, we ensure that all rebated equipment were installed and are operating properly and in compliance with applicable standards.

Energy Modeling
Gain valuable insights into the energy consumption and performance of your building designs with our energy performance modeling services. Using varying complexity simulation software, we analyze factors such as building orientation, envelope design, HVAC systems, and occupancy patterns to assess energy usage and identify opportunities for improvement. By simulating various scenarios and strategies, we help you make informed decisions that minimize energy costs and environmental impact.
Measure Package

We are experts in developing energy modeling-based measure packages (aka workpaper) used for California statewide deemed rebate programs. Our energy modelers use Energy Plus/Modelkit and DOE2/MASControl3 tools for parametric runs.
